Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Idenity Theft-Mortgage Co. Employee

My mortage company previously employed a person who stole my credit information when refinancing my home. So far up to $30,000 in purchases using my credit info. Are there legal ramifications against my mortgage company?
