I live in Fl My wife and I have a trust we are both trustees We just received a deficiency Judgment on a lot of land can our checking account that is in the name of the trust be attached?

Some people mistakenly believe that living trusts provide asset protection. In fact, a living trust provides no asset protection benefits in Florida and most other states.
