marriage and properties
we want to get married and then buy a house, my credit is not good, his is very good can we keep the property in his name morgage and deed or are they going to check my credit and prolong the loan

Yes, you can put the mortgage and deed in his name only. However, this means that the bank will not consider your income at all when calculating the interest rate. Also, you will have no ownership interest in the home. I recommend first hiring a credit repair company and trying to improve your credit scores. It takes some time, but it is probably easier than you think.

if married, you can buy a house as an individual but the spouse will have to sign off.
