Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Realtive incapacitated, no power of atty exists. Is there anyway that a sibling can legally handle the incapacitated persons finances, i.e. pay bills, rent, banking, etc.?

you can but you really should file for guardianship that way you won't be accused of later of using relative's funds for your own purposes.
