spouse deceased

how can one handle credit card debt when a spouse has deceased and the income has been drastically reduced. A debt soloution program would not even help at this point.

It is important that you separate his individual debt from the marital debt. You may not be responsible for his individual debt. A review of your specific facts is necessary to make an adequate legal opinion.
