Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I am just starting a debt relief program for my unsecured debt because of a hardship. I also have a water system that I owe $2800 on that I got in Dec-08 that I wanted to put into the program but they won't do because it is a secured debt. ISPC is the name of the financial company that it is financed through. I would like to have the system volutarily repossed and be done with it. How do I go about doing this?

Thanks in advance,

Scott

Voluntarily returning the system does not relieve you of the debt. You will need to contact the representatives of the water system to work out the return of the system. At that time, see if you can work a deal. Want to know the law? Keep in mind this may be considered home improvement and therefore a lien may be placed against your home and you could be forced into selling your property.
