Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I'm behind on a student loan. They call my house 4,5 times a day. Last time they told my mom what I owe & my credit is being ruined & she is not on the loan. What can I do?

If it is a debt collection company, then they have most likely violated violated the law. See a consumer lawyer in your area. Go to my website and look under sample forms.
