Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
threatned by collector
a debtor called my gf telling her they were about to issue a warrent for my arrest for an unpaid debt, she was very upset and it kind of upset me too, until i read up that it is all BS and against the law.
How can i turn the tables and catch them again making threats so that i can prosecute them for violating the law ?
How do i prove they made these threats and or may continue to do so ?
Do i need witnesses, and if so who ? Do i call them back or no ?
Should i record the conversation somehow ?
