wage garnishment
11 years ago a judgement was filed against me in an auto repo now the finance company is trying to garnish my wages. Is there a statue of limatations on judgements and can they garnish my wages for an auto loan.

There sort of is a statute of limitations for judgments. Judgments last for seven years, but they can be renewed for another thirteen years. You need to check to see if the judgment was renewed. Otherwise it is no good.
Wages can be garnished for auto loan judgments, but usually not if you provide more than 50% of the support for a dependent who lives at home with you.

Unless your wages are exempt, they are subject to being garnished. Chances are, without enough information for a definitive reply, that they are.
