Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I worked for a general contractor and he used my credit card to purchase items for work. I no longer work for him. He tells me he can't pay my credit card bill. He does not own a home. What can I do?

If you gave him permission to use it , your remedy is in small claims court, If not, go to the police.
