does 1000 foot rule still apply to sex offenders once they are off probation

It all depends on the exact language the judge used when you were originally sentenced. GENERALLY SPEAKING, if you are labeled a sex offender, then the 1000 foot rule to the victim, the schools and other locations would still apply even after probation. You need to ask your attorney if you don't remember what the judge said on this subject.
