Is there anything that can be done about a 17 year old girl getting pregnant by a 20 year old guy?

Like what? You've posted under criminal law, so I assume you are asking if there was a crime committed. No, it is not illegal for a 20-year-old to have sex with a 17-year-old in Florida.
If they are not going to marry, one of them needs to file a paternity action and they need to determine timesharing issues and child support.
