Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If a 20 year old living at home with his mother in the state of Florida gets charged with 3 felonies, is his mother responsible for paying for his attorney, or is he entitled to a court appointed attorney?

His mother is absolutely not responsible for paying for his attorney. The 20 year old is entitled to a court appointed attorney only if he qualifies by not being able to afford one. But his mother has no obligation to provide him with an attorney.
