Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If you cannot afford to bail someine out of jail and cannot retain a lawyer to reduce the bond, would I be able to vouch or sign for the person in jail to be released?

No you would have to post the bond.

No. You arent leaving much room for suggestions. Either hire a lawyer or pay the bond.
