Is their a way to appeal a guilty disposition and get it changed to adjudication withheld for a misdemeanor charge of Lewdness

You could withdraw the plea if the judge did not do the plea correctly (most do), but even if you do that means you are back to square one. Which means going to trial, reinstaing the bond, etc. I suggest you contact an attorney in the county where this happened to see if it is even possible.
