Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

i was aressted on 1/19/09 for possetion of acotrolled substane w/o pescription the court placed.on 2 years probation with drug screening and community service.well 11 month into my probation i got a vop do to a dirty urine.i have never been charge with drug /or convicted of any crime.on my origanal charge it was held with adjudication.will they now convict me as a felon or will they just reistate my probation.

There is no way of knowing what type of sentence the judge will impose if you are found guilty of this violation. Your probation can be reinstated if compelling arguments are made.
