Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If I have a bottle of wine or liquor in my car and the bottle is partially empty because I had it at home and had consumed some of it before and now I'm taking the partially consumed bottle that has top on it and is closed, to a friend's house for a party is it illegal to have the bottle in my car eventhough it is closed?
