Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My boyfriend get arrested on 8/5/09 for drug trafficking >200 <400, I was told that if 33 days pass and the state don't take the case, a motion is filed and he is set free. Now it's going to be 33 days in 9/7/09 and they set a court session for 9/17/09. Does he still can get that 33 days motion or not???
