Robbery with a firearm is a 1st degree felony punishable by life in prison. In addition, if he was in actual possession of the firearm he is facing a minimum mandatory sentence of 10 years. Depending on his age, he may be eligible for a youthful offender sentence which would considerably lower his prison time.
