burglary
i was just wondering what would most likely be expected for a burlary charge of a un-occupied dwelling for a minor. nothing taken and nothing broken. carpet damaged supposedly. plz ne answers would be appreciated.

All Florida sentencing is dependent on a preson's prior criminal record.Assuming no or little history, I would guess probation.
