Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My car window was shattered and they stole my purse at my son's daycare parking lot. They have cameras by the parking lot but they don't work. Should they be responsible for any damages or stolen items?

You should talk to a civil attorney that handles premises liability. Although what happened to you was criminal, your remedy is to seek damages and that is handled by a civil attorney.
