Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My daughter is currently in county jail when they have arrest type PTR what does that mean? It states that she has charges of Burglary in an occupied dwelling and battery offence date is 10/20/10 she was in custody does that mean she commited these charges while in Jail? She does have a past charge from July could they have just added them to the current case?

It could mean a couple things such as pretrial release or a type of prison releasee reoffender. Need more information so I suggest you get an attorney right away.
