Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Disorderly conduct & resisting arrest w/o violence
20 yr old court date set for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest w/o violence. Never in trouble before. What will happen in court? Will I have to say anything? Will I have to go to jail? Am full time student in college. I do not have a lawyer. Do I plead no contest or guilty? Any advise appreciated.

Re: Disorderly conduct & resisting arrest w/o violence
If this is your first offense, the state attorney will likely offer you a pretrial diversion program. Once you complete it they will drop the charges and you can have the record expunged.Sincerely, Nicolas Babinsky, Esq.
