Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Driving within 1000 yards of my home doing 60mph in a 35mph as a patrol car is heading north bound as I am heading south bound. Patrol car witnesses my car heading south bound were I am within 50 yards of turning down my street as he pulls a u-turn (overhead lights still not on) As i make the right onto my street I notice nothing in my rearview. I then pull into my driveway seconds later as Im walking into the door there are patrol cars in my driveway. I ignore them due to the fact 1.) Technically no traffic stop was endured. 2.) No know felony was in progress. Few minutes go bye , my mother walks outside and they push her aside and received no consent for entrance to the home. Barged in and arrested me. What is the proper legal action to take? Where they in the wrong? What rights did they violate?

You haven't provided enough information. What did the police believe you had done wrong? Why did they believe it? Have you been charged with a crime? Without this information there is no way to answer your question.
