Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

if someone embezzled over $100,000 and flees the country (to a well known area for that person) to another country , how long would it take for someone from the USA to go to that country to arresst and bring that person back to the state where the crime took place? and would they be charged not only for embezzlement but for fleeing as well? would other family members be arrested with that person?

They would have to be extradited, and it would have to be from a country that has an extradtion agreement with that country. As far as how long, it just depends on when they get arrested in that country.
