Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
could you tell me if it is possible to expunged my criminal record if i was to give my social sercurity number? or can i go to some lawyer to get free advise on what i should do to clean my record. i am 25 yr. old with a 2yr. old child and i want to go to school but i want to go for nursing or the medical field but with my record it looks like i can not become anything successful. i dont have any drugs and my two felonies are third degree. so what can / should i do?

If you have an adjudication of guilt for any crime, you are out of luck on expungement or sealing of the record. Besides that, you can only expunge or seal one crime, not more. Still, go talk to a criminal defense attorney. Most give free consultations.
The issue is whether yo have been adjudicated. Adjudications can never be sealed or expunged.
