extradition florida
Friend is in NJ county jail. no new charges, fugitive warrant from FL. How long does Florida have to come and extradite? I hear 30 days, 60 days, 120 days
??????
will it be by plane or van???

Usually, if the foreign state fails to pick up a fugitive within thirty days the fugitive can apply for bail.
