Florida Statute 948.06
948.06 Violation of probation or community control; revocation; modification; continuance; failure to pay restitution or cost of supervision.--
I would like to get information on Florida Statute 948.06 and when it is applied.

I dont really understand your question. If you plead guilty or a judge finds you guiltyof a violation of probation the judge can revoke your probation, continue or modify it.
