Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
if a fraud case was dismissed, are the police allowed to keep my phone and 2,000 dollars in cash without a warrant? and how do i go by getting my things back?

You would need to first call the police department and inform them the case was dismissed. They will then verify and either return the items or, if they refuse to return the items, you would need to petition the court for their return.
