grand theft 3rd degree

i was curious... i have a felony warrant charge of GT in the 3rd and i was never issued any types of statements or police reports.. i moved back to new york on december 8th and the warrant was issued on the 27 of january? wut should i do?

I would suggest you deal with it.It sounds like it happened in fl?. If so you can call me at my office or e-mail

me with the details . You may have defenses,etc.However,since its a felony

they might seek to have you arrested and extradited now.

Deal with it. The arrest warrant is 'forever' and will result in you being taken into custody anywhere and any time you come into contact with police. You can have an attorney appear and attempt to work out a plea bargain. If a misdemeanor, you don't have to be present in court, if a felony you do.
