My grandson vop 2mo into his sentencing on the same charges. He is in semonile county for probation and did petty theaft in volusia same thing he is on for. They were going to let him go with a court date and his probation officer said aresst him. Now what may happen

Well, he has violated his probation with a new identical charge, so a Judge will not be very excited about the possibility of putting him back on probation. His criminal attorney will likely try to work out the best county deal he can for him.
