Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
do you have to be incompetent to take competency classes.. i think i can answer all the uestions.. is it against the law to fake incompetency

It is not particularly illegal to fake incompetency, also known as malingering, but it also isn't really a good idea. Being incompetent doesn't necessarily make the case go away, and in the cases where it does requires a lot of time to pass first.
