Loitering and prowling
Fighting a case for loitering and prowling.Need cases that would help clear myself.FS.856.021 is my charge.

Its hard to give you cases without any facts, To sustain a conviction for L&P the cop has to give you an opprtunity to tell why you are where you are. If its reasonable, and satisfies his concern, he should let you go.
