Outstanding Warrant

I have lived in CA for 71/2 years and just found out an outstanding warrant is in Florida. for a domestic violence chrg. What do I need to do and how do I go about it. I am involved with a custody battle and want to go see my children who were taken out of co. Illegally by ex husband.

I need to take care of this matter ex husband assured me when we moved this was handled and it had not been. now he has taken off back to florida with kids and I am instructed to go visit before next court date in june had a rrangements to go but found out this info. Please help me in this matter. Thank You.

Either hire a Florida attorney or go there and handle it yourself at court.

You need to contact a lawyer to write a motion to withdraw capias for you. You may have to post a bond because of the oldness of the case.
