Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I am paying restitution. The money was from an IRA. However, the Judge approved in the DA's Agreement, to pay directly to the holder of the IRA and his wife???

Since it is from an IRA, shouln't the money return to the person's IRA, not directly to the IRA holder and his wife. What about the IRS regulations?

I'm not so sure that a criminal defense attorney can ask this specific question. You should probably talk to a tax attorney.
