Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Probation and Restitution
I'm currently on Probation and paying restitution for a damaged lap top, but my Probation is almost over and I'm still paying my restitution. What happens if my restituion extends my Probation, will I still be on Probation?

Re: Probation and Restitution
As long as you pay the restitution as agreed, your probation cannot be exteneded without a Judge finding you have violated your probation.
