record sealing
i have filled out and mailed all the paperwork to have my record sealed to talahassee and they cashed my application fee check how can i figure out if my record is sealed or not.

Re: record sealing
The FDLE will send you back a certification that you are are eligible for sealment or expungement. Once you receive that certification, you need to go to the clerk of court to set it on the judge's calendar so the judge can grant the sealing or expunging of your record.
