Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

had a relationship with a lady that ended due to cheating...i have a flea market booth on weekends....gave this lady a number of rings and bracelets to wear as advertisement showing values and quality of the jewelry...she took over 1500.00 at my retail value rings , bracelets and watcch and an original artwork that i painted and said it was payment for helping me at the market...that was not the agreement and she said prior to wearing the rings that she would pay me the cost of all the items above. she never did and took all the items...also,, she used the table that i rented to sell her own merchandise at the tune of some 400.00 do i have a theft case here to charge her for theft...carl mortensen

This sounds like it is more of a civil suit. However, to be sure you should meet with a civil attorney. There may be a civil theft claim.
