What happens when you sell 3 shot guns that you stole from your roommate? They received two back, but the third is still missing. No previous crimes committed.

You can be charged with 3 counts of grand theft and three counts of dealing in stolen property.

Depends on how you stole them. If you had to break in to his place, then you committed an armed burglary. But, if you live in the same place, and you just took them and sold them, you probably have a grand theft of a firearm and dealing in stolen property.
