Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Are sex offenders allowed to have children? Because they cant have things that would attract children right?

The government can't forbid people to have children, even as punishment for a serious crime. Besides, most sex offenses do not involve children. Depriving all sex offenders of the right to have children in the future because a fraction of them have harmed children in the past would not be just.
