Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I shoplifted a few items for 133 dollars at sears in Florida. it was my first time and my record is clean. My husband has a high security clearance job, and they do background checks on him all the time. Will this affect him in any way because I am his wife?? he was not with me when it happened

No it shouldn't affect him unless you fail to pay fines and/or restitution which will affect your credit and thus his credit.
