Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Son in trouble for vandalizing property.
My son vandalized a contractors property with two other children (10 - 12)
I paid the damages immediately for all children involved to the victim after court the next day. Am I able to represent my son as his attorney since the victim is speaking in his behalf and willing to drop the charges at his arraignment?

the short answer is no since you are not an attorney-but I have a good idea how to resolve the case as presented. However, I would need a factual chronology sent to my e-mail address and a way to contact you to discuss this matter.
