Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
in the state of florida if you are on felony and misdemeanor probation and someone lies and said you did something and then leaves state a couple of days later and you have a witness that you were somewhere else but they come arrest you 19 days later how long do you have to sit there before they press the charges that is supposed to be violating you and how long do you have to stay before proving you didn't do anything

If by "sit there" you mean in jail, then the state has 33 days to formally charge you on the new charges. However, even if the new charges don't stick, you could be held without bond on the VOP until you have your hearing. There is no exact time limit on that, but whatever is considered reasonable.
