Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I am taking my criminal cases to trail and my question is i was never read my maranda rights by the arresting police officer or anyone who had authority to inform of my rights will my cases be thrown out of court or dropped ?thank you. 05/05/2014

No your case will not be thrown out. The only repercussion for not reading Miranda is that any statements made in response to questions asked after you were placed in custody will be inadmissible at trial.
