What is the difference between trafficing in cocaine and ''intent to sell''?

Possession of over 28 grams of cocaine is considered a trafficking amount, and you can be prosecuted as such. Trafficking amounts carry minimum mandatory prison sentences.
Anything under 28 grams is not considered traffficking, but if it is more than a typical amount for personal consumption, it will be inferred that you were in possession with intent to sell.
