Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I need help turning myself in for a incomplete sentence.
I had a sentence of 120 days with 80 days suspended to be done on weekends and i did not finish my sentence because on one friday I was suppose to turn myself in I was pass the time I was to be at the jail and I didn't finish the remaining 57 days left on my sentence. My judge has retired and now that I have a new judge will I have to start my sentence all over again or will I be able to pick up where I left off.
