Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If you violate on a first degree felony but have a adj. withhold how much time can be served if you have 8 months left out of 2 years of community control and its your 3 technical violation?? The charge is 2 years of c.c and 4 years of regular probation

Anytime you violate probation or community control, you face the maximum that you could have originally faced. In other words, you face up to 30 years in prison. You better get a good attorney right away.
