Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If i violate my probation as a minor by leaving the United States Of America will i be arrested if i return to the country after age 18?

A warrant will be issued and you may be arrested when you return regardless of your age. Why don't you just get permission to leave? Are you leaving for years? Maybe you can get permission for mail-in probation.
