what can i do if i was Arrested for a crime i didn't commit, but my case was dismmised?

If it was your first case, you can usually have the records sealed or expunged. You can find the forms online or hire an attorney to represent who can prepare the pleadings for you and represent you in court.

I agree with the other posts. If this is your first arrest or if you have never been adjudicated guilty you will qualify to have the case expunged. Also, you may have a civil case for false imprisonment on which you could collect money damages for. For more information, give me a call or email me.
