Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida

can a 14 year old date a 20 year old legally in canada? there would be no sexual activity involved and the farthest it would go would be hugging or kissing. it would be a christian relationship as well. if they could not date, then what would the legal dating age be. someone told me that once the girl turns 16 she can date the person when they are 22. is that true?

This is a question of Canadian law. You are kidding yourself in describing this as a "Christian relationship" if a 20 year old is having sexual contact (yes, kissing is sexual) with a 14 year old.
